We assure quality through three stages: 

Meticulous selection of language professionals

We work only with language professionals who meet European standard EN 15038:2006. They have recognised degrees in translation and at least two years’ documented experience in translating. Alternatively, they have degrees in other subjects plus five years’ translating experience. All of them demonstrate linguistic, cultural, and technical competence, and are able to research independently.

Competent project management

We provide a free quotation to every translation request. After client confirmation and upon agreement, the project manager assigns projects to language professionals who are native speakers of the target language.

We set aside time to understand clients’ needs and expectations, remaining in touch with them during project implementation to clarify any questions related to their specific business.

We carefully monitor all projects to ensure they stay within deadlines. We check all translated texts to see if they fit clients’ briefs and whether they use all supplied reference material.

Using innovative translation software

We use advanced translation software: SDL Trados Studio, Wordfast, and Idiom WorldServer. 

Translation memory is not machine translation. Highly qualified humans handle every text. What translation memory does is offer very advanced search-and-replace functions, meaning that work is faster and terminology more consistent. The advanced features of SDL Trados Terminology Verifier and QA Checker provide further quality assurance.
